Perch Lake is a named lake in Bayfield County and the best numbers we have right now are about 20 acres and a maximum depth of 12 feet, and that gives you a simple feel for the lake before tackle choices even matter.
A quick look at the water
| County | Bayfield County, WI |

I would keep the first trip pretty simple with a short rotation through the best bank cover, any obvious weeds, and the deepest water I can reach because the water itself will tell you more than a long list of generic fishing tips.
Recorded fish species
On the species side, Perch Lake currently has Black Crappie, Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, Pumpkinseed, Walleye, and Yellow Perch on record; so I would pack with weeds, wood, rock, or docks for bass and points, breaks, and wind-pushed edges for walleye, and remember that a species list does not tell you exactly where the fish are.
My basic approach
If we were fishing Perch Lake together, I would choose a few spots that look different from one another and give each one a fair chance, and I would check the current regulations because a lake page and a regulation book do two different jobs.
