Skinner Tank

Skinner Tank in Yavapai County is a reservoir in Arizona and covers about 0.4 acres, reaches about 6.5 feet at its deepest point and holds roughly 1 acre-feet.

The small size of Skinner Tank makes quiet casts and short moves more useful than carrying a pile of tackle. On an first pass, with little deep water in Skinner Tank, weeds, wind, and water color can matter more than depth alone.
