825 Reservoir

Up in Shawano County, 825 Reservoir is a reservoir with a published profile of no dependable acreage or maximum-depth figure in the current record, so the size of the job is pretty easy to understand before you go.

The basic picture

I would rather get two useful clues than make twenty random stops by making an honest pass along a few easy-to-read spots that give me different depths or kinds of cover before I spent the rest of the day chasing somebody else's old fishing report.

What anglers can target

I do not have a dependable fish list for 825 Reservoir yet; for now, i would fish what the water shows me and verify species before making a species-specific trip, and and adjust only after the lake gives me a reason.

How I would spend the first few hours

Before I made the drive to 825 Reservoir, I would pick a small part of the lake and try to understand it before worrying about everything else, then I would confirm the current Wisconsin rules for the species I plan to target.
