Oknoname 149042 Reservoir

Oknoname 149042 Reservoir is a reservoir in Washita County, Oklahoma, and for an opening visit, i would avoid trying to solve the whole lake at once and that gives the lake a fair chance before I start second-guessing it

What matters on a first trip before loading every rod: while keeping expectations realistic

The current measurements help put the water in perspective, including a record with acreage, maximum depth, and storage still unfilled, but the actual fishing plan still needs to come from what i see when i get there and the record stays ready for a better source whenever one appears

Before picking a direction when you are still learning the lake: with the basics in place

Once the first cast is close, i would keep the first few moves short because I do not need a secret spot to have a useful first trip

What the current record tells us for a first visit: with room to adjust

No exact-water fish source has been added to the record yet, and that keeps the information honest even if the page is less detailed which is much easier to fix later than a wrong species list
