Whitetail Tank

Whitetail Tank in Hidalgo County is a reservoir in New Mexico and covers about 1.2 acres, reaches about 3.2 feet at its deepest point and holds roughly 2.2 acre-feet.

A useful start on Whitetail Tank is simple: on a water as small as this water, one weed edge or deeper pocket can hold much of the day’s activity. The plan for Whitetail Tank starts here: this water is shallow, so weeds, wind, and water color can matter more than depth alone.
