South Tank

The 1-acre South Tank in Chaves County is a reservoir in New Mexico and covers about 1 acres, reaches about 3 feet at its deepest point and holds roughly 1.6 acre-feet.

South Tank is small water, so a careful lap around the bank can show most of the useful cover. At South Tank, this water is shallow, so weeds, wind, and water color can matter more than depth alone.
