Rock Tank

Rock Tank in the central part of Catron County is a reservoir in New Mexico and covers about 0.2 acres, reaches about 1.7 feet at its deepest point and holds roughly 0.2 acre-feet.

To begin fishing Rock Tank, on a water as small as this water, one weed edge or deeper pocket can hold much of the day’s activity. Before moving far on Rock Tank, this water is shallow, so weeds, wind, and water color can matter more than depth alone.
