Mesa Tank

The 1-acre Mesa Tank in Lincoln County is a reservoir in New Mexico and covers about 1 acres, reaches about 3 feet at its deepest point and holds roughly 1.6 acre-feet.

On a water as light as Mesa Tank, one weed edge or lower pocket can hold much of the day’s activity. A direct approach on Mesa Tank works like this: this water is shallow, so weeds, wind, and water color can matter more than depth alone.
