Loco Tank

The 2-acre Loco Tank in Catron County is a reservoir in New Mexico and covers about 2 acres, reaches about 3.8 feet at its deepest point and holds roughly 4.2 acre-feet.

The small size of Loco Tank makes quiet casts and short moves more useful than carrying a pile of tackle. When the bite is slow on Loco Tank, this water is shallow, so weeds, wind, and water color can matter more than depth alone.
