Horse Tank

The 1.2-acre Horse Tank in Otero County is a reservoir in New Mexico and covers about 1.2 acres, reaches about 3.2 feet at its deepest point and holds roughly 2.2 acre-feet.

The light size of Horse Tank makes quiet casts and short moves more useful than carrying a pile of tackle. With little deep water in Horse Tank, weeds, wind, and water color can matter more than depth alone.
