East Tank

The 3-acre East Tank in San Miguel County is a reservoir in New Mexico and covers about 3 acres, reaches about 4.5 feet at its deepest point and holds roughly 7.4 acre-feet.

On a water as light as East Tank, one weed edge or lower pocket can hold much of the day’s activity. A direct approach on East Tank works like this: this water is shallow, so weeds, wind, and water color can matter more than depth alone.
