Deer Tank

Deer Tank in the northern part of Rio Arriba County is a reservoir in New Mexico and covers about 0.2 acres, reaches about 1.6 feet at its deepest point and holds roughly 0.2 acre-feet.

Deer Tank is small water, so a careful lap around the bank can show most of the useful cover. Before changing spots on Deer Tank, this water is shallow, so weeds, wind, and water color can matter more than depth alone.
