Big Tank

The 4.7-acre Big Tank in San Miguel County is a reservoir in New Mexico and covers about 4.7 acres, reaches about 5.3 feet at its deepest point and holds roughly 13.9 acre-feet.

A direct approach on Big Tank works like this: on a water as small as this water, one weed edge or deeper pocket can hold much of the day’s activity. To narrow down Big Tank, this water is shallow, so weeds, wind, and water color can matter more than depth alone.
