Big Tank

The 1-acre Big Tank in Catron County is a reservoir in New Mexico and covers about 1 acres, reaches about 3 feet at its deepest point and holds roughly 1.6 acre-feet.

While fishing Big Tank, this water is small water, so a careful lap around the bank can show most of the useful cover. To begin fishing Big Tank, this water is shallow, so weeds, wind, and water color can matter more than depth alone.
