Swazee Lake is a lake in Louisiana, near Catahoula County.
Swazee Lake is a lake in Catahoula Parish, so I would give one section a fair chance before moving, which makes it sensible to let the first area tell me when it is time to move. On a first trip, I would start with one familiar-looking starting zone and stay there long enough to learn something, because it gives the first plan a fair chance before you change directions.
Exact physical measurements are sparse for Swazee Lake, which makes it smarter to treat the first outing as a chance to learn the water's scale, which makes it smarter to use what I can see instead of guessing at a measurement. A better first step is learning the shoreline for yourself, since I would leave the missing numbers alone instead of borrowing them from another lake.
Swazee Lake does not have a strong exact-water species record to build a detailed target list around, which is why I would avoid copying a species list from a nearby lake, so on the first visit I would let the first catches narrow the plan. I would use one versatile setup carrying a small soft plastic and a live-bait option, because if something starts biting, the rest of the trip can be built around that clue.
For Swazee Lake, I would spend the opening part of the trip around one straightforward section of bank and avoid constant relocation; a slow start is a reason to make one thoughtful change rather than rebuild the entire tackle plan.
