Little Lake Maule

Anglers looking at Miami-Dade County will find Little Lake Maule, a lake; I would give one sheltered section of bank a fair chance and resist moving until I get a useful answer from the first hour. A first trip should leave me with something specific, so I would stay around one straightforward section of bank until I get a useful clue from the first setup.

Little Lake Maule Size, Maximum Depth and Volume

Published figures put Little Lake Maule at about 64.7 surface acres, so I would use those numbers to decide how much shoreline to learn while I fish one promising section of bank until I get a useful clue from the opening stretch.

Fishing This Water

A reliable fish list for Little Lake Maule is difficult to confirm, so I would carry one light rod with a jig, worm, and float, fish one easy-to-read shoreline stretch, and leave the target open until I see enough in the first area. I would keep the tackle narrow on Little Lake Maule, fish one manageable shoreline stretch, and avoid changing everything until I see enough in the first adjustment.

A Practical Little Lake Maule Game Plan

My first plan for Little Lake Maule would be to fish one short section of water deliberately and make the simplest change first only after I see enough in the first hour. When I get a clear read from the first setup, I would stay around one sheltered section of water on Little Lake Maule and build the rest of the trip around that pattern. If I get a clear read from the opening stretch, I would count that as a successful first visit and come back to Little Lake Maule with one straightforward part of the lake already on the short list.
