Shays Hole Reservoir

Shays Hole Reservoir is a reservoir in Lassen County, California and covers about 0.1 acres, reaches about 7.2 feet at its deepest point and holds roughly 0.4 acre-feet.

One weed edge or deeper pocket can hold much of the day’s activity; work a quiet shoreline, then change retrieve speed before changing lures. With little deep water in Shays Hole Reservoir, weeds, wind, and water color can matter more than depth alone.
