Morton Reservoir

Morton Reservoir is a reservoir in Lassen County, California and covers about 0.5 acres, reaches about 10 feet at its deepest point and holds roughly 2.1 acre-feet.

One weed edge or deeper pocket can hold much of the day’s activity; work a creek turn before a flat bank, then give shaded water a separate pass. With little deep water in Morton Reservoir, weeds, wind, and water color can matter more than depth alone.
