Maertins Lake

Maertins Lake is a reservoir in Saline County, Arkansas; when i want to keep the day simple, i would make the first hour about learning so one slow stretch does not ruin the trip.

The short version for an honest starting point: with the facts first

Before I head toward the water, i would make sure nothing unusual is posted for the lake or reservoir so I can focus on the water instead of logistics.

Before the first cast when planning the day: for the opening hour

Some basic water measurements are still blank, so I would rather say less than publish a questionable measurement; The page does not need fake precision to be useful.

What we know before you load the gear: for a relaxed day

After I see what the day is really giving me, i would spend more time fishing than relocating before copying somebody else's trip.

The starting point without filling gaps: while keeping things simple

No fish relationships are attached to this entry yet, which leaves the door open for a clean update later; There is no reason to make the site look complete by making the data worse.
