Smith Tank

The 0.2-acre Smith Tank in Navajo County is a reservoir in Arizona and covers about 0.2 acres, reaches about 5.8 feet at its deepest point and holds roughly 0.6 acre-feet.

During the first hour on Smith Tank, the light size of this water makes quiet casts and short moves more useful than carrying a pile of tackle. A focused trip to Smith Tank begins this way: this water is shallow, so weeds, wind, and water color can matter more than depth alone.
