Highway Tank

The 0.5-acre Highway Tank in Coconino County is a reservoir in Arizona and covers about 0.5 acres, reaches about 7.1 feet at its deepest point and holds roughly 1.5 acre-feet.

A focused trip to Highway Tank begins this way: because this water is small, one weed edge or lower pocket can hold much of the day’s activity. The first look at Highway Tank should cover this: this water is shallow, so weeds, wind, and water color can matter more than depth alone.
