Identification and Range
The fish is the Lahontan cutthroat form, retained here as Oncorhynchus clarkii henshawi. Dark body spots and a throat marking contribute to identification, although appearance varies. Its interior basin history should not be replaced with a general coastal cutthroat migration account.
